The Leslie Kim Serials Update:
I just finished writing The Bayou and sent it off to the editor this week. I have been working with the same editor for all of The Leslie Kim Serials, so I am very excited that she was able to fit me into her schedule since she knows the story so well!
If you haven’t started reading The Leslie Kim Serials yet, you can pick up The Departure for free right now until 4/15/2022, at the Bookspry book promo!
Paige Parker Mysteries Updates:
I recently sent the completed manuscript for The Absence of Aurelia Perez off to the editor, so that I can get started on finishing up the novel. I have the remaining episodes scheduled as listed:
Episode 25: I’d Rather Be Here | March 26, 2022
Episode 26: Than Not Loved at All | April 2, 2022
Episode 27: I’m Steering Clear | April 2, 2022
Episode 28: He’s Playing My Song | April 9, 2022

When I was writing these episodes, I realized that I had an opportunity to wrap things up pretty cleanly for the readers and so I just went for it. I had expected the book to go until episode 30 or more, but honestly, it just felt like a natural stopping point and I didn’t want to add words just to add them.
I did ask my editor to take a look and see if there are any gaps in the story that I should fill in. If I find them, I will probably release the Kindle Unlimited & Paperback version as an “extended” version where I might add in extra chapters. But if she says everything looks awesome, it will be unchanged.
Wondering who I use for an editor? For the Paige Parker books, I have been working with The Picky Bookworm. You can find her website here! For the Leslie Kim Serials, I have been working with The Forge Books Finishers since 2017!

So, now that I have finished two of my books at the same time, I am pretty much lost. Do I keep writing in these series? Do I try a whole new series? Are you hoping to see me write more Leslie Kim or Paige Parker? Let me know!
